摘要: Alternative pathway (AP) is involved in the tolerance of highland barley seedlings to low-nitrogen stress by dissipating excessive reducing equivalents generated photosynthesis and maintaining cellular redox homeostasis. Low nitrogen (N) a major limiting factor for plant growth crop productivity. In this study, we investigated roles alternative two seedlings, (Kunlun12) (Ganpi6), low-N stress. The results showed that chlorophyll content fresh weight decreased more Ganpi6 than those Kunlun12 under stress, suggesting has higher Ganpi6. AP capacity was markedly induced stress; it Comparatively, cytochrome not affected all conditions. Western-blot analysis protein level oxidase (AOX) increased but Under NAD(P)H NAD(P)++NAD(P)H ratio Kunlun12. Furthermore, photosynthetic parameters (Fv/Fm, qP, ETR Yield) qN increased, indicating photoinhibition occurred both especially When inhibited salicylhydroxamic acid (SHAM), dramatically conditions, resulting marked accumulation H2O2 malondialdehyde leaves seedlings. Meanwhile, malate–oxaloacetate shuttle activity efficiency were further inhibited. Taken together, excess homeostasis.
