摘要: The effects on directly measured renal blood flow, mean pressure, and calculated vascular resistance of intravenous infusions dopamine, isoproterenol, norepinephrine were compared. Dopamine, at doses not affecting decreased increased flow. In contrast, isoproterenol both pressure but did consistently increase Renal artery injection dopamine produced vasodilatation ranging from 0.75 to 12 µg biphasic flow responses including transient vasoconstriction higher doses. It is concluded that the probable basis for effect infusion its direct vasodilating action. The femoral bed vasoconstriction. combination vasodilating, vasoconstricting, unique interpreted as evidence a distinct conventional beta-adrenergic mechanism. A possible physiological role other than precursor may be related this property. also suggested ability alter distribution cardiac output in favor visceral organs find useful clinical applications.
