摘要: Behavioural studies have provided strong evidence for common substrates in the rewards of natural and addictive substances, but it is still unclear whether there a glutamatergic NMDA receptor mechanism involved processing reward both. The present study was designed to investigate effects MK-801 (0.1mg/kg) on expression place preference conditioned with food morphine (5.0mg/kg) rats. data indicates that potentiates food-induced (CPP) retards CPP. It also demonstrates opposite CPP were caused neither by hyperactivity nor impairment memory retrieval. These results suggest enhances craving inhibits rats, roles mechanisms reinforcers drugs may be dissociable.
