摘要: The natural history of an aortic dissection is either endothelialization the false lumen forming a so-called double-barrelled aorta, or thrombosis sack leading to fibrosis and scarring. Complete healing extremely rare, has our knowledge only been reported once in vivo. Here we report second case spontaneous resolution dissection, disclosed by contrast medium enhanced computed tomography.
