摘要: Models for spontaneous metastasis of human melanoma have recently been developed in nude mice [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]. These models helped to define the three major steps within metastatic cascade: cell attachment basement membranes, membrane degradation, and locomotion [8]. Cells selected these animal a relatively stable phenotype. Cultured cells from lesions, on other hand, show instability their They are noninvasive when injected into [7] antigenic genetic similarities with primary [9]. Instability properties lesions occurs either during in-vitro growth or as result variant selection rapid proliferation host [10].
