摘要: In order to test the sensitivity of sperm cell mud crab Scylla serrata heavy metals, toxic effects Ag+, Cd2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ on acrosome reaction (AR) were studied by artificially inducing AR exposed counting rates light microscopy, observing structural changes in transmission electron microscopy. The S. occurs at two stages. first stage (ARI) is eversion subacrosomal material. second (ARII) ejection acrosomal filament. results showed EC50 values based (ARI + ARII)% for 10.02, 2.14, 13.69, 2.21 μg/L, ARII % 1.96, 0.20, 1.46, 0.34 μg/L. toxicity Cd2+ > Cu2+ Ag+ percentage reacted stage. Sperm cells metals an increased rate swelling, shape irregularities, filament some was, crooked, ruptured, even dissolved. from more sensitive tested compared sea urchin tests.
