摘要: Regenerating protoplasts of Pyricularia oryzae P2 accumulate electron-transparent granules polysaccharide in the cytoplasm. The were isolated from regenerating and purified by repeated ultracentrifugation. had a molecular weight over 2 × 107 sedimentation constant 160 S. was composed glucose only. Conversion into maltose with α-amylase, β-amylase isoamylase 52, 32 13%, respectively. However, simultaneous action brought about complete hydrolysis to maltose. A highly branched structure an average chain length 14 units deduced. absorption maximum iodine complex at 490 nm. From these results, identified as glycogen.
