摘要: Abstract This case report describes the treatment of a Japanese girl aged 11 years 10 months who had severe Class III malocclusion with concave facial profile. She presented hypodivergent skeletal pattern −4.0-mm anterior crossbite and deep overbite. also asymmetry attributed partly to lateral mandibular shift avoid incisal interferences. The plan included monoblock appliance, rapid palatal expansion, fixed edgewise appliances at final stage. appliance was used redirect growth mandible clockwise direction simultaneously correct relationships along appliances. Good were achieved, esthetics greatly improved after 28 treatment. Stability result excellent in 3-year 9-month follow-up age 18.
