摘要: Abstract This review paper addresses the role of green roofs in urban drainage considering both management water quantity and quality. Results from investigation full scale installations as well laboratory models are reviewed. The following factors affecting runoff dynamics discussed: type roof its geometrical properties (slope); soil moisture characteristics; season, weather rainfall age roof; vegetation. Design parameters suggested by different authors also Factors which affect influence a on quality discussed general terms followed data regarding concentrations phosphorus, nitrogen, heavy metals runoff, its’ pH, first flush effect. Linking among fertilization, pollution vegetation development is given particular focus. indicates clearly that there need for more research into performance an environment. differences measured few existing studies between early years later indicate long term monitoring roofs.
