摘要: Abstract Decentralised community energy resources are often abundant in smaller, more rural communities. Such communities lack the capacity to develop extensive concepts and thus exploit these a consistent way. This paper presents an integrated participatory approach developing feasible for small The novelty lies combination of methods, consideration uncertainties, application exemplary municipality Germany. Stakeholder workshops combined with modelling multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA), high transferability is ensured mainly public data. workshop discussion revealed three values: economic sustainability, environmental local autonomy. A total eight alternatives 2030 system identified achieve values. We find that alternative seeks only maximization sustainability should be rejected based on elicited preferences. Instead, several seeking constraints (i.e. cost) autonomy consistently highest overall performance scores. or alone results lowest scores therefore not pursued by community. intermediate demonstrate equivalent gain respect comes at higher costs than same sustainability. Similarities between best performing terms technologies can installed show our methodology generate concrete robust recommendations building-level measures design.
