摘要: Genetic variation has long been thought associated with common complex disease and therefore widely studied. in the human genome is present many forms have summarised this review. The potential role of DNA damage, repair environmental influence on genetic development cancer will be discussed, before significant projects are reviewed. All various malignancies extensively studied a review state field. We also discuss road ahead fulfilling ultimate goal all studies, which decreasing deaths caused by cancer.
