摘要: An assay for complement-dependent antibody-mediated cytolysis of Plasmodium yoelii infected mouse erythrocytes was designed. By means a rat hyperimmune serum to P. the presence parasite associated antigens demonstrated on from mice. Tests with such fractionated Percoll gradients showed that target cytotoxic antibodies were confined surface only containing late stages parasite. The IgG class.
