摘要: We have studied the effectiveness of various reducing agents in production well-characterized complex [99TcO(SCH2CH2S)2]- from pertechnetate aqueous solution. The reductants tested included sodium dithionite, hypophosphorous acid, formamidine sulfinic dithiothreitol, hydrazine, and hydroxylamine. Of these, only dithionite pH range 11--13 was found to give quantitative yields required technetium complex.
