摘要: Aims/Introduction The present study was designed to evaluate the effect of chromium malate on glycometabolism, glycometabolism-related enzyme levels and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats, dose–response curative effects. Materials Methods The model diabetes rats developed, daily treatment with given for 4 weeks. A rat enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit used changes. Results The results showed that antihyperglycemic activity increased administration a dose–dependent manner. The serum insulin level, resistance index C-peptide level groups at dose 17.5, 20.0 20.8 μg chromium/kg bodyweight were significantly lower than model, trichloride picolinate groups. hepatic glycogen, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase glucokinase higher Chromium changed total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein high-density triglycerides compared groups. Conclusions The exhibits greater benefits treating diabetes, is superior picolinate.
