FUZZY MODELING OF THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITES' MELT VOLUME RATE

摘要: Melt volume-flow rate (MVR) is one of the most important quality indicators composite materials, which depends on proportion component materials. This paper reports development a low complexity fuzzy model that describes relation between percentage amount multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC) and MVR resulting composite. The rule base was generated from sample data set obtained experiments by extension using default shapes (RBE-DSS) method, applied inference technique least squares method based interpolation (LESFRI). validated against separate test as well, it compared to traditional commercial software tool.
