摘要: In this chapter, the benefits of a physically active lifestyle are linked to positive mental health. Through behavioural epidemiology, evidence that physical activity can contribute well-being and prevent disease is examined, along with 'feel-good factor' or psychological people derive from being active. The results recent studies on underlying mechanisms beneficial effects discussed, complemented by an examination factors affecting person's inclination towards sedentary lifestyle. health habitual sporadic also contrasted.
