摘要: Knowledge work processes consist of interleaved agile, weakly-structured and strictly-structured processes. management approaches for weakly-structured, ad-hoc knowledge need to be lightweight, i.e., they cannot rely on high upfront modeling effort. However, business process- oriented require intensive activities. In this paper, we introduce a bottom-up strategy proactive information delivery cover the complete spectrum in different phases, present series prototypes realizing selected phases strategy. Among these is novel prototype supporting by integrating standard to-do list application with state-of-the-art document classification system. The resulting system allows task-oriented view an office worker's personal space order realize context-sensitive support during her daily, knowledge-intensive tasks.
