摘要: We shortly motivate the idea of business-process oriented knowledge management (BPOKM) and sketch basic approaches to achieve this goal. Then we describe DECOR (Delivery context-sensitive organisational knowledge) project which develops, tests, consolidates new methods tools for BPOKM. builds upon KnowMore framework (Abecker et al 1998; Abecker 2000) organizational memories (OM), but tries overcome some limitations approach.
