摘要: We shortly motivate the idea of business-process oriented knowledge management (BPOKM) and sketch basic approaches to achieve this goal. Then we describe DECOR (Delivery context-sensitive organisational knowledge) project which develops, tests, consolidates new methods tools for BPOKM. builds upon KnowMore framework (Abecker et al 1998; Abecker 2000) organizational memories (OM), but tries overcome some limitations approach. In project, three end-user environments serve as test-beds validation iterative improvement innovative build: (1) archives organised around formal representations business processes facilitate navigation access, (2) active information delivery services in collaboration with a workflow tool support weaklystructured knowledge-intensive work offer user manner helpful from archive, (3) an organisation analysis perspective, required supporting design introduce former two systems paper, present modules toolkit elaborate on their current status
