摘要: In this paper, we present the Collaborative Agent-based Knowledge Engine approach for supporting mobile workers performing time-critical and/or business-critical tasks within agile projects. By a combination of sophisticated knowledge management and light-weight workflow model, provides guidance as required to perform individual activities. Moreover, discuss aspects maintaining project history, well possibilities integrating tools regarding computer-supported collaborative work already deployed in organizations.
