摘要: Preventing gas hydrate blockage is a major challenge to flow assurance in oil and production transportation. For many operations, particularly those deepwater fields requiring long tiebacks, conventional methods such as chemical injection may not be economically and/or logistically practical. An increasing interest currently observed the use of anti-agglomerates (AAs) produce hydrates dispersed solid phase water-oil emulsion. However, case high water cut systems there still lack understanding on performance AA, rheology slurry whether AA an economical option. To investigate above three issues, systematic laboratory experiments at cuts (60%, 70% 80%) were conducted variable volume cell. Hydrate formation was controlled, by injecting gas, until apparent viscosity increased sharply certain fraction. Also, effect concentration for 0.0%, 0.15%, 0.3, 0.6%, 1% 2% (w/w) transportability investigated. The results showed that systems, during initial binary emulsion changes ternary water/oil/hydrate mixture. Based investigated this study, strongly depended concentration, type nature liquid hydrocarbon phase. This could result application systems.
