摘要: It was aimed to develop liposome formulations containing epidermal growth factor (EGF) and investigate the healing effects of these on second-degree burn wounds in rats. Multilamellar type liposomes EGF were prepared by film formation method. In vitro releases from determined using spectrofluorometer. Second-degree standard formed rats 10 microg/mL (ELP group), solution (ES without (LP Silverdine ointment (SIL group) applied daily. Untreated control groups [unburned (S) untreated (Y) rats] also evaluated. Biopsies taken at 3rd, 7th, 14th day treatment histological observations performed under transmission electron microscope. Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) staining technique used for immunohistochemical analysis. After trichrome stainings, thicknesses epidermis areas fibroblast nucleus measured a light microscope Vision Screening Analysis Program. observed that ELP group fastest among all (p SIL>ES groups, respectively, day. All results indicated EGF-liposome formulation is effective can be wounds.
