摘要: Universities are singular institutions. They have common historical roots yet deeply embedded in their societies. Traditionally 61ire institutions, modern universities provided social mobility to previously disenfranchised groups. Established the medieval period transmit established knowledge and provide training for a few key professions, over centuries become most important creators of new through basic research. 1 The contemporary university stands at centre its society, an institution which is crucial every society. It complex process creation distribution, not only serving as home science but also increasingly system journals, books data bases communicate worldwide. 2
