摘要: The enzyme-linked immunoelectrotransfer blot (EITB) (Tsang et al., 1983a) is a synergistic union of 3 independently powerful techniques. Complex mixtures biological molecules are first separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), then electrophoretically transferred to solid matrix. Molecules thus “blotted” visualized directly or indirectly with enzyme-labeled antibodies immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) isotope-labeled radioimmunoassays (RIAs) and radiography. Variations within the basic techniques numerous; however, end results generally good in terms resolution, sensitivity, fidelity, specificity.
