摘要: The extent of phosphorylation S6 was measured in a variety cells, organs, and tissues using simplified procedure. Ribosomal proteins were separated by electrophoresis on one-dimensional urea-sodium dodecyl sulfate gel. They transferred electrophoretically to nitrocellulose, specifically stained means its reaction with monoclonal antibody. mobility the protein shown be measure phosphorylation. Using this method, we found that cycloheximide injection rats gives rise organs tissues: diaphragm, heart skeletal muscle liver kidney, but not brain. Diabetes induced alloxan did result any examined, subsequent insulin resulted slight increase liver. Insulin normal also caused S6. Unilateral denervation rat diaphragm denervated portion innervated diaphragm.
