摘要: Cdc7/Dbf4 is a protein kinase that required for the initiation of DNA replication in eukaryotes. Recent work has provided new clues to role plays this process. A range other observations suggest also another, less well characterized, checkpoint function and maintenance genomic integrity. In review we attempt bring together information explain how may perform these two distinct functions.
