摘要: Earlier, widely used histochemical methods for the demonstraton of copper are capable detecting only extremely high tissue levels this metal (generally in pathological states, e.g. Wilsons's disease, or cases intoxication), because their low sensitivity. The specificity these has also proved to be unsatisfactory. We present a new method based on release bound (unreactive) by trichloroacetic acid, its primary precipitation using magnesium dithizonate, and intensification staining (secondary precipitation) silver nitrate. Using method, is demonstrable various tissues normal rats (brain, stomach, liver, small intestine, spleen, pancreas, kidneys) form reddish pink staining. This can applied locate pathologically copper.
