摘要: The aim of the study was to clarify if atrophy quadriceps muscle in itself related clinical and radiological long-term outcome primary knee ligament surgery. At Tampere University Central Hospital reexamination performed 61 patients on an average 40 months after operation acute injury. group consisted 26 having clear injured at follow-up. Thirty four patients, equal circumference thighs, served as controls. One patient excluded. groups did not differ significantly from each other respect age, sex, physical activity, type injury, meniscectomy, follow-up time. In with were placed more often fair or poor healing than normal muscle, they had also posttraumatic osteoarthritic changes knee.
