摘要: We introduce a family of novel distance and similarity measures for HFLTSs.We develop cosine-distance-based HFL-TOPSIS method.We HFL-VIKOR use numerical example to illustrate the proposed methods. Qualitative hesitant information is common in practical decision making process. In such complicated problem, it flexible experts comparative linguistic expressions express their opinions since are much closer than single or simple term human way thinking cognition.
