摘要: The qualitative flexible multiple criteria method (QUALIFLEX) is a useful outranking for multi-criteria decision analysis due to its flexibility in regard cardinal and ordinal information. This paper puts forward an extended QUALIFLEX approach with new likelihood-based comparison address decision-making problems hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment. rankings produced by our are more convincing than those obtained existing methods, such as likelihood, distance measures, the score function of term sets or elements. proposed model, which based on method, can measure level concordance discordance complete preference order tackling problems. Finally, two cases presented comparative between other related methods. example demonstrates effectiveness methodology context
