摘要: Linguistic hesitant fuzzy sets LHFSs, which can be used to represent decision-makers’ qualitative preferences as well reflect their hesitancy and inconsistency, have attracted a great deal of attention due flexibility efficiency. This paper focuses on multi-criteria decision-making approach that combines LHFSs with the evidential reasoning ER method. After reviewing existing studies new order relationship Hamming distance between are introduced some linguistic scale functions applied. Then, algorithm is aggregate distributed assessment each alternative. Subsequently, set aggregated alternatives criteria further get overall value Furthermore, nonlinear programming model developed genetic algorithms obtain optimal weights criteria. Finally, two illustrative examples provided show feasibility usability method, comparison analysis method made.
