摘要: Indoor overheating risk and increased energy demand for cooling are becoming more frequent in the building sector of Mediterranean area. In detail, reduction consumption educational buildings, characterized by high endogenous gains, particular boundary conditions affecting their use should be taken consideration, thus schedules occupancy, wide necessity air-changes air quality. This paper, with reference to a case study, proposes deep investigations aimed at optimizing annual performance an University Sannio, located Southern Italy. A numerical model has been designed validated according monitored data. Starting from present scenario, after complete refurbishment envelope, potentialities several typologies green roofs - considering also implementation adaptive approach comfort standard have tested. The scope is optimization microclimatic control, avoiding energy-intensive operation air-conditioning devices during warm season.
