摘要: Az MR-vizsgalat mint kepalkoto eljaras egyre elterjedtebb a praenatalis diagnosztikaban is. A modszert előnyei elsősorban kozponti idegrendszeri fejlődesi rendellenessegek korismezeseben teszik inkabb nelkulozhetetlenne. Megbizhatosaga – akarcsak az ultrahang-diagnosztikaban jelentősen fugg vizsgalo szemely felkeszultsegetől, amely anatomia ismereten tul multidiszciplinaris szemleletmodot is igenyel. Azon malformatiok eseten, amelyekben kora terhessegi diagnozishoz ismetelt vizsgalatok szuksegesek (peldaul velőcső-zarodasi rendellenessegek), ultrahang előnyosebb MR-technikanal. intrauterin fertőzesek, illetve fossa posterior rendellenessegei eseten ugyanakkor ket kitűnően egesziti ki egymast. Ugyancsak jelentős MR-modszer magzati ventriculomegalia prognozisanak felallitasaban, valamint idegrendszer ischaemias allapotainak rovid tavu felismereseben. ultrahangfelvetel ertekelhetőseget nehezitő tenyezők (anyai o...
