摘要: Abstract For many disorders of the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) for which there are no effective treatments, transplantation RPE cells may provide a viable means restoring function. Using solvent casting technique, we have manufactured thin films poly( l -lactic acid) and dl -lactic-co-glycolic 75:25 50:50. Non-porous, flexible with controlled thickness as 12 ± 3 μm reproducible surface morphologies flexural properties were produced. Fetal human found to attach these substrates when cultured in vitro . The made using this technique transplanting allogeneic therapy number ocular diseases related dysfunction.
