摘要: Abstract Objectives. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a cytokine that plays an important role in tumor angiogenesis. VEGF overexpressed many human cancers, including prostate cancer, but circulating levels of patients with cancer have not been reported. In this study, we analyzed plasma concentrations cohort and compared them normal population. Methods. Twenty-six healthy, cancer-free individuals 80 (54 localized 26 metastatic [bone or lymph node positive]) were study. Blood was drawn the same fashion from all deposited tubes containing ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid as anticoagulant.
