摘要: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), also known as vascular permeability (VPF) is a multifunctional cytokine which potently stimulates angiogenesis in vivo. VEGF/VPF expression elevated pathological conditions including cancer, proliferative retinopathy, psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. The associated with human tumors likely central component promoting tumor metastatic potential. regulation of during progression may involve diverse mechanisms activated oncogenes, mutant or deleted suppressor genes, activation, hormonal modulators, particularly effective activator, hypoxia. Understanding the by cells overexpress VEGF/VPF, are operating specific types important for design anti-cancer therapies.
