摘要: ADP ribosylation factors (ARFs) of small GTPase are molecular switches regulating various membrane dynamics. Among them, ARF6 has recently been highlighted because its function to facilitate the interaction between cytoskeleton and plasma membrane. Each ARFs preferable or even specific guanine nucleotide exchange (GEFs) as activators. According our previous RT-PCR analysis, EFA6A, a factor for ARF6, was restrictedly expressed in brain, retina testis.
