摘要: A 44-year-old male leukemia patient underwent a TIVAD insertion in the right internal jugular vein which became non-functioning after 15 months. The was asymptomatic. chest X-ray showed non-visible catheter its normal position. Its distal part noticed hypochondrial region. Chest CT revealed hyperdense inside side of heart (right ventricle and atrium), inferior vena cava whole length hepatic till tributaries. managed conservatively.
