摘要: Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) hold great promise for tooth regeneration and dental diseases. To expand the source of DPSCs explore feasibility allogeneic usefulness DPSCs, we investigated its immunogenicity immunomodulatory effects on T lymphocytes. The results showed that failed to stimulate T-cell proliferation. In addition, they significantly inhibited phytohemagglutinin-triggered proliferation one-way mixed lymphocytes reactions. Soluble factor(s) may play important role in immunosuppressive process. have low actions lymphocytes, which reinforce therapeutic interest DPSCs.
