摘要: The carboxylic, phenolic, basic, and neutral fractions resulting from fractionation of four oil samples derived wood hydrogenation were analyzed by IR, /sup 1/H 13/C NMR, VPC, HPLC, GC/MS, CIMS. About 20% the phenolic fraction is comprised distillable alkyl phenols catechols, ratios which could be determined as 2:1 1:1 for Raney nickel carbonate catalyzed oils, respectively, CIMS, NMR techniques. One-third consisted cyclopentanones cyclohexanones in a 1:2 ratio carbonyl peak integrations VPC. composition carboxylic acid was obtained VPC latter being utilized to arrive at relative amounts C/sub 4/-C/sub 7/ aliphatic acids. Combination CIMS facilitated identification imidazoles major constituents basic fraction. 41 references, 5 figures, 8 tables.
