摘要: Novel bifunctional chelating agents bearing an aromatic rigid backbone have been synthesized and characterized on the basis of spectroscopic techniques. These macrocyclic multidentate were conjugated with monoclonal antibody which forms stable complexes 99mTc high radiochemical purity.
