摘要: The fabrication of glucose oxidase (GOx) enzyme electrodes with controlled alternate and graphene layers is described. GOx was first modified pyrene functionalities in order to be self-assembled onto a basal plane via non-covalent π–π stacking interaction. Fluorescence spectroscopy analysis revealed that about 5.4 functional groups were attached each the functionalized retained more than 76% biocatalytical activity compared native enzyme. Via layer-by-layer self-assembly GOx, mono- multi-layered can easily fabricated. as-prepared increased increasing insignificantly when reached four. Such nanostructure exhibited reliable application human serum samples high detection sensitivity, good stability repeatability. A broad linear limit 0.2 40 mM obtained.
