摘要: Abstract Amperometric glucose biosensors have been fabricated by using platinum–gold (Pt–Au) and gold (Au) nanoparticle spacers decorated graphene nanosheets. Functionalized (f-G) sheets prepared exfoliation of graphitic oxide it has with crystalline (Pt–Au)/Au metal nanoparticles a simple chemical reduction method. The immobilization oxidase (GOD) over Nafion-solubilized dispersed f-G-(Pt–Au) f-G-(Au) electrode achieved physical adsorption. resultant bioelectrode retains its biocatalytic activity offers fast sensitive quantification. performances the biosensor investigated electrochemical method at an optimum potential +0.8 V in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer. based exhibits best sensing performance linear response up to 30 mM excellent detection limit 1 μM. elimination restacking f-G resulted increase surface area performance.
