摘要: A new glucose biosensor has been fabricated by immobilizing oxidase into a copper dispersed sol–gel derived ceramic–graphite composite. The in the biocomposite offers excellent electrocatalytic activity towards reduction (at −0.2 V) as well oxidation +0.45 of hydrogen peroxide liberated enzymatic reaction enabling sensitive and selective determination glucose. linear response to concentration range between 2.7×10−5 4.0×10−3 M with correlation coefficient 0.9987 4.0×10−5 5.6×10−3 0.9989 were observed oxidation, respectively. Ascorbic acid uric did not interfere measurement during catalytic at V, Nafion membrane was used eliminate these interferences V. combination catalysis promising feature favor improved analytical capabilities.
