摘要: Recently, two strains related to Burkholderia terrae, denoted BS001 and BS110, were shown be strongly interactive with the soil fungus Lyophyllum sp. strain Karsten, forming a biofilm around L. Karsten hyphae migrating along growing in soil. Here, we extend findings obtained BS110 show that migratory ability extending fungal is actually distributed among four phylotypes from range of soils different characteristics. The majority fell into rather narrow group original B. terrae BS001, but others groups terricola, xenovorans phytofirmans. To obtain these novel strains, bacterial inocula as cell extracts eight subsequently introduced (sandy acidic) pre-sterilized microcosms which then colonized by or kept without this fungus. After 2 weeks incubation, sampled at migration front samples plated on semi-selective PCAT agar medium next R2A medium. A total 19 had revealed capability comigrate set-up, whereas other found previous field work. Strains analysed BOX-PCR, pulsed-field gel electrophoresis, partial 16S rRNA gene similarity, metabolic profiling using BIOLOG for presence type three secretion system (TTSS). All belonged genus Burkholderia. Following this, selected capable single-strain comigration through soils. However, their avidity do so differed across For ecological competence, comigrating may rely capacities migrate well consume fungal-released compounds.
