摘要: OBJECTIVE. Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors expressing serotonin (carcinoid tumors) account for a small portion of pancreatic tumors. The purpose this study was to describe cases serotonin-producing associated with duct obstruction. CONCLUSION. Serotonin produced by can induce fibrosis and should be considered when CT shows hypervascular mass upstream dilatation or atrophy. Evidence sought in idiopathic stenosis.
