摘要: The reinforcing and subjective effects of two doses ethanol [0.5 g/kg (LOW) 0.8 (HIGH)] were evaluated under conditions, a social condition (SOC), in which subjects tested with or three other subjects, socially isolated (ISO), alone. Forty-one drinkers participated double-blind, seven-session choice procedure. Subjects randomly assigned to one four experimental groups: SOC-LOW, SOC-HIGH, ISO-LOW, ISO-HIGH. On the first sessions, sampled (0.5 g/kg) on occasions placebo occasions. remaining selected consumed whichever previously substances they preferred. number sessions chose was primary measure ethanol. Standardized self-report questionnaires psychomotor test used objective drug effects. SOC over significantly more than ISO condition. Ethanol produced positive (e.g., increased ratings liking euphoria) for condition, but it apparently negative dysphoria). These results extend previous reports that behavioral depend upon is consumed.
