摘要: The complement system plays a complex role in transplantation, beginning with effects on reperfusion injury and continuing stimulation of the adaptive immune response. Recent evidence has emphasised importance late components cascade mediation post-ischaemic damage, which are apparently triggered by classical, alternative or lectin pathways activation, depending organ affected. In studies renal allograft rejection, local synthesis component C3 seems to influence T-cell response more strongly than circulating protein, raising possibility that there is co-operation between locally derived antigen presentation graft. Class switching alloantibody high-affinity IgG also highly dependent C3. addition, finding capillary-bound C4d robust marker for humoral rejection started new investigation into significance alloantibodies acute chronic rejection. There several selective nonselective inhibitors suitable clinical development; clearly it time concerted effort evaluate their transplantation.
