摘要: Almost no data exist concerning the role of antibody-mediated mechanisms in human acute cellular liver allograft rejection (ACR). Therefore, aim this study was to determine whether ACR is associated with depositions complement split products and increased infiltration by B-lymphocytes, plasma cells macrophages. A total 35 biopsy specimens (ACR n=22, controls n=13) were analyzed immunohistochemical single double staining. The average numbers CD20+, CD38+ CD68+ per portal tract established while presence C4d C3d deposits evaluated semiquantitatively. Significantly greater CD20+ (P=0.029) (P=0.014) found than control specimens. Additionally, 50% patients diagnosed showed along capillaries, which a significantly macrophages (P=0.007). Taken together these results support involvement humorally mediated some cases ACR.
