摘要: Foodborne diseases, caused by pathogenic microorganisms, are a major public health problem worldwide. Microbiological methods commonly used in the detection of these foodborne pathogens laborious and time consuming. This situation, coupled with demand for immediate results technological advances, has led to development wide range rapid recent decades. On this basis, review describes advantages limitations main molecular identification pathogens. To end, we considered how information was published, objective analysis topic its scope. Recent literature reports significant number alternative, sensitive selective techniques detection, enumeration microorganisms food. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is most popular platform, while high performance sequencing emerging as technique applicability future. However, even all new methodologies, their should not be overlooked. For example, standardized protocols, which hinders use some cases. reason, hard work done overcome improve application complex matrices such food systems.
