摘要: Abstract Ten nociceptive neurones located deep (〉640μm) in the dorsal horn of intact halothane anaesthetized rat were activated by transcutaneous electrical stimulation their receptive fields producing short latency Aβ and C fibre evoked activity. Repetitive (16 stimuli at 0.5Hz) produced “wind up”, an increase activity with suceeding consequently post discharges neurones.
